Hello friends! I’m kicking off my second post with a style inspiration and coffee shop recommendation. If you know me, I love to discover new cafes. It feels like in the Bay Area there is never a shortage of new spots opening up or that I’m just now learning about them. Over the weekend, I scouted out some cute cafes around the Bay Area and made pit stops to three on my list. I will be having three separate blog posts for each of the places I went to. In addition to visiting these spots and the weather being pretty cold, I was feeling inspired to take out some of my coats and dress up! 😊
Bloomsgiving Coffee
If any of you love flowers and coffee, I highly recommend checking out Bloomsgiving in Mountain View. They specialize in selling floral arrangements, plants, and coffee! The shop was super cute and I ended up ordering their Toffee Crunch latte which was really good. I haven’t had a chance to try their other drinks, but I will definitely make another stop when I’m in the area. Each cup comes with a flower which I thought was cute and made my day(perfect way to start your morning). ❤️
I bought a mini bouquet they had premade at the storefront, but they also do specialized arrangements for events. The flowers were kept fresh and in good quality. If you’re looking for some good coffee and need to get flowers, I would definitely add this to your list.
The Outfit
As for my outfit, I decided to pair my Common Unique coat with my green Paige denim pants and a basic white t-shirt. I added a white cap and my brown Samara bag as statement pieces. I bought this coat last year, however, I didn’t wear it often because it was always too warm. Now that it’s been pretty cold and rainy the past couple weeks here in the Bay, it was the perfect weather to throw on this wool coat. I love that I could pair this coat casually and for more formal events. It’s a versatile coat that goes well with casual pieces and formal pieces like dresses.
